Genealogy

The theme of Genealogy will be covered through lectures, panel discussions and workshops at FinnFest 2011. The lectures and panel discussions will touch on topics such as international and internal migration in Finland, and Finnish Americans in the United States.

The Institution of Migration will host a workshop where visitors of the festival will have the opportunity to research their Finnish ancestors.
